Description

A simple yet impressive Cajun Alfredo sauce that pairs perfectly with your favorite pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve over cooked pasta and toss to coat.

Notes

Use full-fat dairy for a smoother sauce and freshly grated Parmesan for better melt. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days and reheat gently.
