- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to ensure an even coating.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the seasoned chicken, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Lay tortillas on a flat surface and spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each. Distribute the cooked chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheeses.
- Fold the tortillas to create wraps and grill in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat, cut in half, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, reduce the cheese and increase the sauce. You can also use leftover roast chicken for convenience.
