Description

A comforting and easy-to-make Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta that blends tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Reduce heat, and stir in the ranch dressing and cooked bacon.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and mix well to combine.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, use reduced-fat ranch dressing and reduce or omit the bacon. This dish can be made ahead of time and reheats well with a splash of milk or more ranch dressing.
