A comforting and easy-to-make Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta that blends tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing for a satisfying meal.

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Reduce heat, and stir in the ranch dressing and cooked bacon.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet and mix well to combine.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use reduced-fat ranch dressing and reduce or omit the bacon. This dish can be made ahead of time and reheats well with a splash of milk or more ranch dressing.
