Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter. If desired, add honey for added sweetness.
- Stir slowly until the mixture becomes smooth and thick.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and form into bite-sized balls.
- Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each.
- Freeze for at least 1-2 hours until firm.
- Enjoy your frozen treats straight from the freezer or let them soften slightly before serving.
