Description

A simple and bright Greek Flatbread Pizza topped with spinach pesto, cheeses, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Spinach pesto
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Feta cheese
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Red onion
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the spinach pesto evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border on the edges.
  3. Layer the mozzarella and feta cheeses on top of the pesto.
  4. Add artichoke hearts, sliced red onion, halved grape tomatoes, and black olives as toppings.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

For a cleaner melt, pat any very wet tomatoes dry with a paper towel. You can substitute with plain pesto if spinach pesto is unavailable.
