Ingredients
- Flatbread
- Spinach pesto
- Mozzarella cheese
- Feta cheese
- Artichoke hearts
- Red onion
- Grape tomatoes
- Black olives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the spinach pesto evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border on the edges.
- Layer the mozzarella and feta cheeses on top of the pesto.
- Add artichoke hearts, sliced red onion, halved grape tomatoes, and black olives as toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
For a cleaner melt, pat any very wet tomatoes dry with a paper towel. You can substitute with plain pesto if spinach pesto is unavailable.
