Description

A simple yet flavorful side dish balancing the freshness of broccoli with the richness of garlic and Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30-60 seconds.
