Description

A creamy, no-bake Oreo cheesecake that perfectly balances crunch and indulgence, making it an easy and delightful dessert for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
  • Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until there are no streaks.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Before serving, top with additional Oreo cookies if desired.
