- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream (or Cool Whip)

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until there are no streaks.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Before serving, top with additional Oreo cookies if desired.
