Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; whisk together.
- Add the Skyr and mix until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add your chosen toppings to the bagels.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
