- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Place the thighs into the warm oil and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic, and lime juice. Mix well to make the sauce.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce over it, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
Notes
For a lighter version, swap half the mayonnaise for plain Greek yogurt. You can also vary the heat level by adjusting the Sriracha.
