- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup M&M’s
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a large resealable bag, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until well coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and let cool.
- Once cool, mix in M&M’s and sprinkles.
- Serve in gift bags or enjoy as a sweet treat!
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sun butter. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days or in the fridge for up to two weeks.
