- 1/2 cup butter, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 7 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and both sugars together until smooth and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and egg, mixing until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt, then stir into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the M&M’s and Oreo pieces gently.
- Scoop the dough into 10 equal portions onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 13 minutes, allowing the edges to set while the centers remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
