Description

A charming and simple snack board with an assortment of cheeses, fresh fruits, and candies, perfect for sharing on Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • Assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda)
  • Fresh fruits (grapes, strawberries, apple slices)
  • Candy (chocolate, gummies)
  • Crackers or bread

Instructions

  1. Arrange the assorted cheeses on a large board, placing brie slightly off-center and surrounding it with cheddar and gouda.
  2. Add clusters of fresh fruits around the cheese, grouping grapes and nesting strawberries near the brie.
  3. Fill in gaps with candies, placing chocolates near softer cheeses and gummies in small piles.
  4. Include crackers or slices of bread on the side, stacked at an angle or lined up neatly.
  5. Serve and enjoy with loved ones!

Notes

Use room-temperature cheeses for easier spreading. Feel free to add honey or jam beside the brie. Best enjoyed within a day or two.
