A refreshing and versatile treat that combines creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh berries, perfect for breakfast or a light dessert.

- 2 cups (approx. 480g) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup (approx. 100g) Granola
- 1.5 cups (approx. 225g) Mixed Fresh Berries
- 2–4 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
- Optional Toppings: Chopped Nuts, Seeds, Shredded Coconut, Mini Chocolate Chips, Cinnamon or Nutmeg, Fruit Compote or Jam
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: wash and chop/slice the fresh berries as needed.
- Start with yogurt: spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each serving cup.
- Add a granola layer: sprinkle a layer of granola evenly over the yogurt.
- Introduce the fruit: arrange a layer of mixed berries on top of the granola.
- Drizzle with sweetener (optional): lightly drizzle honey or maple syrup over the fruit or yogurt layer.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are nearly full.
- Final garnish (optional): finish with a dollop of yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, and a few berries.
- Serve immediately or chill for a few hours if preparing in advance.
Notes
Keep granola separate if preparing ahead of time to maintain its crunch. Feel free to swap fruits based on seasonality for variety.
